3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest standard of safety and skill-based instruction, we do not guarantee that any student will pass their licensing examination. Learner2licence Driving School, its instructors, and employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to accidents occurring outside of supervised instruction.
